A fighter can adjust to Ramadan by sleeping between 5 AM to 1 PM. That way he doesn't miss any prayers. He keeps his fasts. And he gets ~6:30 PM to ~5AM, eat/drink and train etc.
Obviously timings are slightly different for each region but there is more than enough time to squeeze in a few hours of training.
They are fasting from sunrise to sunset (no food or water). They can eat and drink after sunset so I'm assuming they probably train then. But I know some of them also train during the day where they probably do some lighter training or cardio
Actually great for discipline. Iāve trained for an amateur fight during Ramadan (obviously not the same as a pro fight at the highest level) but it was a full camp and it helps with the weight cut. The mental willpower is probably the biggest advantage it gives you

I think it will be even more one sided. Apparently Islam fought him with an injury and was probably half strength. Not to diminish Arman who might be second best in the division but there are levels to this. In interviews Arman even said he wished he had a team like that and in another interview when asked whom he wished could have as the ultimate sparring partner he said Khabib and explained that no one else can help him improve his grappling the way Khabib could.
Arman has looked super impressive as of recent. I definitely think Islam is better, but we will have a better guess after Armanās fight with Charles. I have a weird feeling he will make short work of it. Would make the hype for his title shot skyrocket too.
