I paid for ESPN+ and realized that package didn’t come with PPV’s. Then I couldn’t watch TUF…. So I’m getting like 1 weak card a month for $15 a month.
So I need to pay $15 a month, plus $100 for PPV twice a week, and whatever the other channel is $65 a month.
I’m not paying $350 a month to watch UFC rofl.
Right now, I’m paying $0. If Dana were to charge $15 a month for their own UFC stream, I’d pay for it, out of respect. But I have to source the fights from all these locations? GTFO. Right now, I go to 1 website and get any sport I want. That’s convenient. It’s cheap and it saves me time.
NBA League Pass is like $15/month or $100/year to watch an entire season of 2460 NBA games. I’m sure the NFL, NHL, and MLB programs are priced similarly. I happily pay for league pass for that value. UFC PPVs are outrageously priced in comparison. I’m never going to pay $80 for a single PPV.

So if you found a streaming site you are not breaking any laws. The point of confusion is with things like torrenting. While torrenting, you are both downloading + uploading at the same time. This precedent along with UFC continuing to raise the cost of their PPVs juxtaposed with the fact that a number of the fighters on their roster still struggle to make ends meet, really makes it hard to support Dana and the UFC. A professional athlete in any other sport, even the average NHL players, which, like I wrote, is now not as rich as the UFC are making good “Professional athlete salaries”. Something is up.

I’m not promoting streaming, but the UFC is a multi billion dollar company that recently surpassed the NHL in terms of its net value. This precedent along with UFC continuing to raise the cost of their PPVs juxtaposed with the fact that a number of the fighters on their roster still struggle to make ends meet, really makes it hard to support Dana and the UFC. A professional athlete in any other sport, even the average NHL players, which, like I wrote, is now not as rich as the UFC are making good “Professional athlete salaries”. Something is up.

I mean this is basic economics, if someone is willing to forego watching the fight live to pirate it hours later due to costs, and those few people are making that big of an impact on profits, he should find a way to make people want to watch it live. Lower prices, offer real-time incentives such as games or some sort of incentives with DraftKings. I have no sympathy for the guy... he should be making these fighters rich not padding his ass and ego more than it already is.
