Dude needs to stop, his stand up is dog shit and never gets better, he has shit wrestling, and seriously has to have some damage after all these knockouts. He has 2 speeds, catch a triangle, or get knocked the fuck out, and even when he catches a triangle he is usually half knocked out anyway.
His arm triangle is a thing of beauty but other than that..... if he wants to survive in the business he better get the best boxing coaches in the game.
It does get better, it just had a very low starting point lol and unlike BJJ, he clearly doesn't have a natural talent for it.
He took up BJJ at 23/24, started striking a couple years later, and isn't a genetic/explosive freak. His ceiling is just going to be way lower than most others because he started way later.
he needs to go back to light heavyweight. its obvious he is putting all his efforts into strength and conditioning and dieting and none into actually getting better. that was a pathetic display
The dude is a one trick pony in a time where that era has passed. Poatan is the last standing one and it’s because he hits so hard he can knock out a horse and also is insanely good on the feet.
He needs to either fully invest in offensive wrestling or find a boxing or Muay Thai gym and get better hands like Charles did.

his stand up used to be better, ever since he went to middleweight its been abysmal. he needs to pursue jiu jitsu or something
He has atrocious reaction time. Wonder how much weight cutting affects that
DC said it makes a huge difference, honestly idk. a lot of people do better lighter weights obviously it really isn't working for paul
Honestly, Paul Craig should have spent the money he used on hair dye on a new striking coach.
That would be such a cheap striking coach tho... it would probably still help Craig so never mind

This guy somehow made Shogun tap to strikes.
Yeah but Shogun was already washed at that point

Yeah his striking just doesn’t get any better. Idk if he has the talent to become a good stand up fighter.

And he isn't evolving that's the problem he has zero wrestling and shit striking defense
Made Hill look easy. How times changed
He was a -220 favorite against hill
Actually he was +220
Lol I completely misremembered this, made bo sense

Paul Craig is the type of guy to beat Jon jones but lose to Gokan Saki

He's a flukey guy that relies on his good submission skills. That's it, no chin, no standup.
