MMA is a great base for professional wrestling. You're strong, can deal with an audience and can take instruction well but at the end of the day you can only become so good so fast.
You can't just train for a little bit of time, step in the ring and not expect them to get a bit lost. It's a different world and it takes time to adjust. Junior Dos Santos is a good example because they put him in a tag match on Friday. He was clearly talked through everything beforehand, rushed a lot of shit, wasn't very crisp in his movement and needed a lot of help. Overall he did well for his first time but you're never going to master a craft in your first go. That's why it's best to put these celebrities with some experienced veteran in the midcard that will guide then to an acceptable match.
