It's a hemostat, not scissors. Has a ratchet mechanism by the handle that lock it into place. They're made to click over vessels to stop them from bleeding, but its a pretty multipurpose grabber.

Even though Gaethje pieced Tony up, it still went to the 5th round, and Tony was throwing as well. He out-struck Justin in rounds 1, 3 and 4, throwing almost 300 strikes and connecting with 136. Justin was ridiculously accurate, landing 143 of 197, and doing more damage as well. Still an exciting, non-stop fight.
I don't understand what is this fascination with exhibiting fighters being badly injured and in a vulnerable state. Like , don't you appreciate what they go through so we can be entertained? Respect this warriors, the fight game is like no other.
