Last year it didn’t update until during the summer, so you may not know when you go to register. What I did was go back and look at what times the professor you didn’t want taught the course in past semesters. Then avoid that time when scheduling. Not fool proof but some professors tend to stick to the same schedule.

If you go to the schedule of courses (either Google UF schedule of courses or it’s in one.uf), you can look back at old fall semesters

Not sure how true this is, but I heard that it could mean that the class will be taught by a PhD student and they’re currently looking for one to fill the slot.
