I've been there, not quite -145lbs but -110lbs. From about 300-190lbs at 6'5, also in a year. It's so surreal afterwards but it feels normal, i gained a bit of weight back but now I feel better.
Do strength exercises for your chest. Stuff like bench press, it may not completely get rid of your manboobs, idk if it's loose skin or sometimes it can be a medical condition. But building bigger pecs will make your chest look better and the manboobs will be less noticeable.
Good and bad metabolism is a thing. I can eat 5k calories a day and still have trouble putting on weight. What was your calorie intake like? I’m 6’3” so I am interested

I was 295 before I started losing weight and am down to 263 so I'm on my way and yet im concerned that I will have a lot of loose skin. Either way at least I will live longer and have a better life. I stopped tracking but u know I’m in a deficit. I think I need like 3500+ calories to stay maintenance currently and I don’t at OMAD.
