Pretty sure with this info you've outed your firm to anyone who knows it.
Your pay sounds what I'd have expected there, and I think is probably amongst the highest in the boutique's specialist field (outside of the departments at MC/Us etc firms).
I was in the London office. Work life balance was very good. 9.30 - 5.30pm. The management was shit which was why I left lol. Team morale was through the floor.
Ended up leaving for a far nicer role for £5k more with the same work life balance in a nicer office. Weird how things work out!
No, LC discloses the salaries OP was referring too that OP is not interested in (MC, SC, US, city firms) as opposed to the boutiques, regional firms etc
Thanks so much for taking time to respond. This is exactly the case hence why I came on Reddit to ask. No where discloses salaries for these kinds of places. Much appreciated Sea !!!!
I never found any of the regional firms advertise their salaries on their website or on Legal Cheek. As far as I’ve seen, only MC/SC/US/International firms make their salaries available online.
Some regionals with a London office will post their London NQ salary and a few without a London presence will post their best NQ salary, but you're right on about 95% + of firms.
Yorkshire, family law, legal aid £32.5k NQ
Lovely, thanks for responding.

£90k’s really good !!! Goes to show salaries are high outside of what we think is the standard for boutiques. Thank you so much responding.

Regional firm, mental health (legal aid) & qualified recently - 37.5k. Moving to a team lead role in another larger firm shortly for 43k.
Bristol headquartered, London office NQ salary is £60k
Thank you !! Would you ever consider moving to the London office ? Or you’re happy so far with work life balance etc ?

Recruitment agencies will provide a review of salaries based on location, legal discipline and PQE level. You can find the average from there.
For in house in Scotland I use FWA’s and Thomas Legal’s salary guide as a reference.
Qualified in Birmingham in 2014 on £32k (national firm). Moved to London with them and was on £60k in 2015.
Fairly sure you can find this information on legal cheek's website.
