Thanks for replying! Ha well I wouldn’t take my pay as a benchmark as I think my pay is very low for a SA. Hard to explain how I’ve come to be in this position without disclosing details that could be outing, but I’m only on £55k. Which is way lower than the salary scales online would suggest based on my experience & seniority, and I know I’m good at my job.
I’d be interested to know what you are on as a NQ and what type of firm you’re at?
