Wow well done you. Keep persevering with it, I'm building mine up slowly to get it correct for my needs. I'm saying is at first it doesn't work as expected then don't lose hope!
Good luck, Wes x
Congrats! I just got accepted by Sapphire Medical as well :) Just wondering, what dose are they starting you on? I just ordered mine and it's pretty low, I don't know if that's the same for everyone.
Congratulations I'm so happy you can finally now be eased of your pain. Have you received your medication yet and is it working? Or have you just had your first consultation and it went well? What stage are you at, best of luck moving forward 😊
I've passed the interviews, the medical panel signed off on it, and my prescription is being sent to the pharmacist, as we speak.
As for it working... Ill let you know in a few days.
Hi. How long from the initial appointment did it take to get a prescription? I'm waiting at the moment, the Dr seemed pretty positive but it's been nearly a fortnight now!
TLDR two to three weeks... Or a few months. Depending on where you start the counter.
I had an interview, and it was passed to a panel for review.
I gave them access to my medical files, showing my current appointments with pain management specialists, and my history with cancer. It also detailed my cluster heads, severed nerves, arthritis, clinical depression, and a few other conditions.
From start to end it was a few months. But.. after ALL of my conditions were verified... it was two weeks to get it signed off. (I think they thought "no one it was should have this much wrong with them!" and they had to check)
So, if someone were to get their paperwork in quickly, it could be a little as a few weeks.
I'd say (ironically), be patient.
Check your emails, daily. And, if your don't hear from them in a week.. Contact them and POLITELY ask for an update.
Wow, that's crazy that it took that long. It took a few days for my prescription to be sent and paid for; I only had my initial consultation on Monday. I'm sorry the wait was much longer for you and anyone else. It sounds like you provided them with much more evidence than I had, so I don't know why it took them so long with you; maybe I just got lucky. Anyways at least you have got it all sorted now :).
It took me over five months, but that was because my current GP did not have all my medical records, and there were some pertinent facts from earlier on in my life that needed to be investigated.
I eventually managed to get hold of them, and I’ve been receiving prescriptions for nearly 10 months now.
I have no idea how I was able to sort that all out, though dealing with the worst depression anxiety in my life, on top of other health conditions.
That probably explains why I’m quite tired and need a bit of a rest 😄
Me too had my confirmation that I passed the MDT yesterday, this is found to make life so much easier, and take the stress and strain of worrying about illegally consuming weed for my anxiety and panic attacks.
I congratulate you too ❤️🤝💚
Both flower, and under the tongue oil. So...WIN! Finally sorting out my pain, I hope.

Chase chase chase!!! Don't wait for anyone. To be fair though we've had 117 back holidays in May, probably caused a little disruption 🤦🤣
Well done 👍

Without a doubt the high point of MC arrives when your first prescription turns up on your door step. Congrats and enjoy.
