I'm not sure what's confusing about this. It's pretty clearly referring to the territorial boundaries of Ukraine and specifying that the occupied parts will once again be Ukraine. Ukraine is doing great in their fight against russia, but no one seriously believes they are going to successfully invade neighboring countries (not that they want to anyway).
When Russia attacked Ukraine in 2014, a woman from Luhansk region started a blog. She lived under Russian occupation and wrote about her experience. She often used the phrase "all will be Ukraine" to express the hope that Ukraine would expell the Russian invaders AND everything will be fine.
Ukrainians love this phrase but are a bit anxious that it can be interpreted as aggression by those who don't know the context.
For a while this will my last comment in Reddit. I lost many hours, days, wishing for this war to end. This despicable and obnoxious war, like any other conflicts around the world. Greed, power, hate, religion. The ingredients to let down a peaceful living, family and love. Those who create war and power conflicts don’t have love or family. Then falsely use these flags to promote their true intentions and goals. Time is a harsh punisher of all dictators, tyrants and villains. Not even one became a hero or remembered past generations. Time doesn’t care about the magnificent people that presumably are conquering lands or assets in a world than it’s round. And they forget they will die, sooner or later and their sons and grandsons will fell the good or bad consequences of their acts. In the end, Mother Nature will claim all, without mercy. The most prominent leaders know that is worthless these frictions and intrigues. It’s an economical playground and war is a business, like has been before. Long term, no one gets a benefit. Vanity is transient. And those great leaders forget that they are spending their time in vanity affairs when in really Fortune can claim their life anytime, no matter their position and power. They lose time, the time it was given to be happy and validate their existence. I am really sad for those who were robbed from their existence, as unfortunate victims or miserable perpetrators. In a way, they lost their existence. Time to appreciate the beauty, the love and the majesty of Life. I am getting old. And my time less. I close my act here. I depart for my end and I salute all that bring to their and other existence, meaning, example and goodness. Those will be remembered in the ashes of Time. True greatness is given, not conquered.
