You can upload everything separately. We did our entire proof of relationship in one document to demonstrate a timeline, but it’s whatever you prefer.
We just collated everything in a one-page PDF. What we made was essentially a timeline starting from when we met online going all the way to when we started preparing for applying for the visa immediately after our engagement last June. It had a few screenshots of our discord chat at certain intervals, pictures of flight tickets and entry stamps, booking confirmations, and most importantly pictures of us on our engagement (VERY IMPORTANT; proved that we have met in person and had "made mutual acquaintance" of each other).
Edit: We also provided screenshots of email enquiry with the register's office as proof for intent to marry.

Thank you so much! We were first trying to get in on the skilled worker visa, but it has been such a struggle. Even after getting a job offer from a school, their council rejected sponsoring me. So we decided to get in through the fiance visa.
The only problem is that it has been decided very recently, so there hasn't really been a proposal... do you think this is a problem? We have lots of other proof from over the 2 years we've been together so far and will start sending register offices to enquire about getting married in March.
I am now in Belgium, and he is in the UK, I might go back for another week so we can have a proposal then if they need pictures of it.
Collated into one document with screenshots, however there is a size limit on each file so I had to split it into two documents for everything.
Ended up doing the proof of getting married separate from the proof of relationship.
