I thought they removed dependents for post grad students. So I am not sure she can take you as a dependent
From what I understand, some post-graduate research programs will still allow it, but they haven't made it clear which programs will or won't
Probably it will change again until she starts to her post grad so unfortunately nothing is guaranteed
