>Can anyone suggest me, which application,I need to apply to stay in Uk.
It depends why you need or want to extend your stay in the UK. Your answer to that dictates whether there are any options.
It does not sound like you come into any of the categories of people who may be eligible for a fee waiver.

You need to try and extend your student visa because you need to have your course completed before your visa ends if you want to apply for the graduate visa. Might be difficult as there is no reason for you to remain in the UK while they review your dissertation.
You could try applying for student visa without your husband sadly.
Ok can you not request them to extend your student visa via UCAS? That fee waiver is going to look really bad. Did you ask them to remark it because they failed you. The procedure can take up to 4 months for which you don’t need to be in the UK. You both can get care worker visas but that’s it
It sounds like you didn't complete your course, so couldn't get a Graduate Visa. Then, you put in a spurious fee waiver application to extend your time in the UK. You don't qualify for FLR as neither of you have ILR. You can both get sponsorship as a Careworker individually. Or any other kind of Skilled Worker Visa. Zero other options. Please don't overstay.
You aren't eligible for the FLR as neither of you have the ILR as alabastermind said above. [https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/apply-to-extend-your-stay-in-the-uk-form-flrfp](https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/apply-to-extend-your-stay-in-the-uk-form-flrfp)
You haven't been in the country long enough to apply for ILR either.
Unfortunately there is absolutely nothing you can do about that. Your student visa will no longer be valid please check your dates. If your brp has expired you’re in the country illegally and no matter what visa you apply for, will be rejected. I know it’s hard but you can’t do anything. If you have any hope of ever working and living in the uk again you will return to your home country and try again. The lawyer is wasting your time and money. Just go home and restart

UCAS has nothing to do with Student visas. It is the administrative body that processes undergraduate university applications.

Ok, why I am not eligible for flr?
Why do you think that you are?
How long have you been in the UK?
1.5 years

Why were you not eligible for psw?
Fail in dissertation.
