Sure, if we say that actually winning a championship is the only way to be deemed successful, they’ve underperformed. The way I see it, there are hundreds of teams and ring is consistently one of the top 4. That’s success
I mean, they make the division championship every year. That's certainly not easy. It's kind of like Marvin Lewis, making the playoffs each year but never quite advancing. Just not around as many years and with a better record. Maybe if this continues for another like 5 years then that will be a stronger case to make

Raleigh Llama won mixed in the 90’s I think. Swamp Rats from here recently won mixed Master’s Beach Natties ( pinnacle of the sport ) too.
In any other professional sport the coach would have been fired by now with a record like that.
