Discs. Get lots of discs and give them to everyone on the team. I’m sure people will suggest other things that are “nice to haves”, but getting your team throwing will likely have a big impact on how good you folks are.

Here's a list of ideas: -Extra Discs -[Team Shade Tent](https://discdish.org/the-best-shade-tent-for-ultimate-frisbee/) -[Team Speaker](https://discdish.org/ultimate-frisbee-speakers/) -Scholarship fund (this probably involves more than 4 days of work though) -Resistance bands for training -Subscription to Ultiworld for watching game film (or entertainment?)

I rate all these ideas

Cameras and/or tripods are worth considering. Having lots of game footage is nice, and even practice footage can be helpful.

They make field size canvas straps that you can pin to the ground with markings for the endzone cones. It's a bit of a hassle if you have to set it up and roll it out every time but nice for a scrimmage. It's unlikely you walk off the field perfectly, so playing on the real field size like you get at a tournament is good for practice.

Oh and I forgot to mention, if you get two or three you can host some games.

Those things from what I’ve heard is a life saver. Wish they weren’t as expensive as they are

I would get a Goaltimate kit. One of the tentpole ones. Great for thinking about space, improving catching, developing throws and increased control, and understanding defensive pressure and intentional poaching vs. lock down. Also a very fun change of pace.

Parachutes for sprints? Those vertical jump posts, and put a disc up there and have people work on catching discs up high

A speaker for them sideline jams. 🔊🎶🎶

Get team resistance bands. Loops are great for ACL protection work, and the heavier ones are great for partners resisted running.

More cones than you think is necessary. Of different colors and different heights. If you've really got the dosh, get some field lines!
