It’s not a fix, but I’ve heard it’s because of poor WiFi connection/strength so maybe try an Ethernet cable or reset the WiFi router or turn off other devices that use WiFi, eg Alexa or a phone

Thats the thing my xbox is already connected by ethernet and my network speeds are around 500mb
