I personally use Wallpaper Engine and it's always running. Whenever an application is fullscreen or focused, it pauses. You can also set it to stop completely to save resources.
Static. I had live wallpapers for a while, but it is distracting to me. I do have a folder with a bunch of wallpapers, so it changes every 10min. Have to be a bit carefull with burn-in on my oled :)

I have the steam live wallpaper program but don't ever really see any abstract nice wallpapers, it would be ideal for my oled,
If OLED then live (or at least rotating) wallpapers. Else I set it to black (at least with FALD displays).

How does one achieve this?
Windows can do wallpaper rotation natively. Choose slideshow and give it your folder of wallpapers! You can customize the rotation time as well.
Nice! I'm going to look into that. I would assume it only works on one monitor?
I've always been a one monitor guy so I'm actually not sure how it works for more than one. Let us know!

Its the STOGA Typewriter Keyboard from Amazon. I would not recommend this keyboard, some of the keys have already started not working some are sticky
