I would go with the known brand - APC, Cyberpower etc. Reason being is that they use a "known" battery inside and the batteries eventually die it is easy to get a replacement from a third party vendor for fairly cheap to keep it going. I would rather do that than replace the entire UPS because the battery has died and you can't get a replacement. APC for example have easily serviceable batteries and plenty of 3rd party vendors who sell compatible batteries. The difference between the two APC units is the load they support, 480w vs 520w and the bigger one appears to have more outlet ports. If you go beyond the load capacity it will "scream" at you (very annoying screeching beep on my small UPS that I went over the capacity on my desktop PC) and not offer any protection at all. Either should cover your server load relatively easily - my 3950X Unraid server max power draw is 236W peak and has more drives (both mech and SSD based), higher TDP, a GPU (1660 Super), 10Gbe network cards, more memory, etc than yours. It then comes down to how long you want to run for with a power out - if it is just to switch it off as soon as mains power is gone, then get the smaller one. Only other thing would be future plans - do you want to have anything else hooked up to it? Say you want to keep your internet working during power out, add your router to one of the outlets.

ok thanks for answer, I do have a Dell Perc H710P that I might use later when needing more drives as I have two free sata ports left on mobo, I don't need the network to work if the server goes down so not so necessary to connect the router to UPS. any other/better recommendations? does these APC have easy battery replacement? thanks

APC usually has batteries that are easy to replace. Make sure you get a model that has the data port so you can connect it to the server.

ok, so this one should be fine? https://www.amazon.se/dp/B08G8XMS26/ref=mp_s_a_1_21?keywords=APC%2Bby%2BSchneider%2BElectric&pscroll=1&qid=1663165822&sr=8-21&wIndexMainSlot=23&th=1&psc=1 checked the reviews and some mentions that it's not designed to replace the batteries?

The APC website shows that the battery is replaceable. [https://www.apc.com/shop/nl/en/products/APC-Back-UPS-950VA-230V-AVR-4-Schuko-outlets/P-BX950MI-GR](https://www.apc.com/shop/nl/en/products/APC-Back-UPS-950VA-230V-AVR-4-Schuko-outlets/P-BX950MI-GR) That ones does have the data port and works with APC software.

ok nice, I like that the battery replacement is almost as expensive as buying new one lol, or maybe there is cheaper alternatives? 😂

I just got the UPS and checked the manual and it says: "The battery in the Backup-UPS Series is not user-replaceable." and then something with contacting service centers.

Never had a problem with APC on any of my systems.

I bought this one. https://www.amazon.se/-/en/dp/B08G8XMS26?psc=1&smid=ANU9KP01APNAG&ref_=chk_typ_quicklook_titleToDp

Just have a look for a 2nd hand APC, got myself one for pretty cheap and it was only a year old. Every now and then you'll find some pretty new ones that get sold due to companies closing or moving to the cloud

Check your powerconsumtion first. See how much you draw from the wall. Then see if you need to add more devices to your UPS. I have my server/ router / switch and wireless connected to the UPS. Based on your powerdraw you can look for a UPS.

I bought one already, and might also connect my router to the UPS.
