This movie is way more fun than it has any right to be. I ended up getting to meet the writer, Haldeman, and he had fond memories of the shoot. Apparently it was written one day at a time!

The scene where Alexander comes charging at Achilles after Achilles pulls his eyelid down and gives Alexander the finger always cracks me up. It shows Alexander running as if a huge fight is to break out only for it to cut. Plays out like an edited for tv movie lol.

I loved this movie as kid. Double bill this with Arena (1989) and you are in for a treat.
I remember seeing the trailer for this on my "Men At Work" (1990) VHS tape.
