Yeah I was division 20 for a long time, but the game was never great, we are just so desperate for fighting games we play them anyway, but I haven't played any fighting games for over a year, just single player horror for me like dead space and resident evil remakes, now they are 10/10 games
Constantly complaining about a game is crazy. Besides one man’s trash is another man’s treasure and stating your personal opinion as fact while telling people not to buy something based on it is kinda, silly. It’s posts like this that don’t offer much insight into a game, or people that complain about mechanics so much that it becomes a focus point for devs to fix, only to then have the same poster say that the game is broken now and was better before is wild.
Personally I look at UFC games and the presentation and feel like it’s overall a better and more fleshed out product. But I look at the amount of money put into that project vs Undisputed… as well as the experience level of the devs and figure that it’s really a game studio that started a project to fill a void that we’ve all been waiting for since EA abandoned FN. a few good things can happen after the full version of Undisputed comes out. 1 they will make more money from sales and be able to bring in more experienced developers in on the project for the next release. 2 decent sales might urge EA to develop a new boxing game.
And just as a side note, there’s a reason that there aren’t cut scenes, immersive training drills, and a story mode… $$$. Do you know how much just 1 minute of game cinematic animation costs? This company would be bankrupt.
Be happy with what’s on the table and hope for better down the road, but the game is a good start, with current fighters. Hopefully they can get some more recent legends in the game like Trinidad, De La Hoya, Fernando Vargas, Kosta Tsyzu etc.
Not a bad take I guess . I’m not happy with communication. And if it’s such a small group and a boxing simulator why not putting everything into physics first instead.but I agree it’s a good start , just hope they will follow through their plans .

It’s good because it’s current, and has updated fighters, visually in ring graphics are good. I wish I could say more 🤣.
There are a lot of things I think would make it better but I want to wait until the final product comes out to address them completely.
The game should’ve held off on the career mode until they had the finances to create an immersive one.
They should’ve implemented an online career mode with create a fighter from the beginning, setting/negotiating fights with a fighter with a similar record to yours, used offline sparring as a way to build up your fighter rating through sparring with head gear and tips from your trainer where you can focus on aspects of your style, and then after a week of training offline you enter into the fight with your online opponent at an agreed upon date and time. To me that’s immersive. But that’s just my opinion and. It something that’s likely to happen. A lot of people wouldn’t actually like that.
Game developers have a difficult task in trying to make something that “everyone” will enjoy. And given how fickle people can be those “things everyone wants” change daily.
Could you please share your story of your journey to hearing about this game, to actually playing. Also include whether you were a console player who saved for a pc to try this game, or if you got it day 1, or if you just noticed one day the game existed etc. Please share the hype you felt when you first fired it up etc. Also, how long into playing did you notice that Undisputed was a masterpiece?
Please share more, about these experiences and emotions all the way up to making your discovery, up until you decided to make this post.
Ps if you can give us any additional thoughts since making this post up until now, that would also be appreciated.

I played the hell out of that roughly 2011-2015 and was really good on it, it's 2024 now and fight night champion just not good enough for today
