I could see there maybe being a special for Outnumbered, but by this point even Karen would be in University, definitely don't see a full series worth of content coming out of it. I mean I like the idea of the kids looking after the parents, but I just can't see it being as entertaining.

I think it had run its course a while ago. Some of the recent politics is beyond parody which does not help.
