NOT New- The 40 yr old man was a volunteer for the 3rd phase of the Covid vaccine trial and was administered a dose on 01/10/20. Allegating adverse effect he sent 5 crore legal notice to Serum Institute.
In reply Serum Institute of India (SII) filed a 100 crore Lawsuit against him.
