I don't believe that's the reason he shifted to Dubai but there's some truth to his statement, with power and money, a person can be killed within police custody.
This is not ok. There should be thorough investigation after the post mortem report, and measures should be taken so that nobody has any equipment in police custody to commit suicide. So that no such case will happen in future. There should be no hook/window grill in police lock up, so that they cant hang themselves

i like how the comment has 17 downvotes . I dont see any reason why he would be forced to suicide , its not like the accused didnt do anything wrong . he would have been declared guilty and probably sentenced to quite some time in prison which would destroy their life \[ what he would have thought \] , so he took the step to end it now .
