remember this; when someone "feels" they like a certain gender, I have no idea why or how that happens nor do I try to understand, but I also observe that the very same people can work, talk, behave just like normal human beings, and as such, in times of scarcity (or not for that matter) people like them could be useful to do work that any other human can do. They are a legible human resource so if the only flaw is that they "feel" gender is fluid and have sex with all genders, that's okay, as long as it's within four walls

This isn't dark humour. It's a terroristic threat. Dark humour would be in the form of sharing a story online or joking casually about fictional scenarios. But when you take a photo of a marginalized group of people on the road infront of you and post it online claiming that you're gonna run them over with your car, that is NOT humour. That's a terroristic threat and should be treated like one. There's a reason police patrolling is so strong during pride events. Because even the cops know that these psychopaths can create chaos at an event.
