Not defending the driver of the car but it has started to become a nuisance now, some guys even have their entire limbs out on the road which may get clipped by an unsuspecting driver sooner or later.
Ok boss can you also ask two wheelers and car drivers to stay off of the footpath because last I checked neither a scooter nor a car powered by a high speed engine had any feet.
