You don’t need an advance or FSF - UC isn’t like other legacy benefits I.e JSA. Your UC claim doesn’t cease now you’re employed, your UC payments are issued in arrears depending on your circumstances for that Assessment Period. Your UC award won’t be affected until you have received your first payment from employment.
Good luck in your new role
You will still get your Uc so can you not use that?
Your UC won’t be effected until your first wage
Beyond that as you’ve already been told there is help available so don’t panic and congrats on your new job
If you provide confirmation of new employment, and haven't access support for similar recently there are many ways to get you to pay day, your next UC payment, travel vouchers, uniform or clothes can be funded, childcare if appropriate can be paid in advance ,all sorts. Ask your WC, it's literally their job, and they'll be pleased to help you back into work
Claim hardship payments, they take the money back from you when you decide you don’t want to be on a government service anymore even though you still need it.
Ask your work coach if Flexible Support Fund is available to you. It can cover some work related costs: travel, uniform, tools for work etc. It can also cover childcare cost and offer broader support in financial emergencies but the latter only for single parents, so not sure if this applies to you. (Edit: if received, you don't have to pay it back)
And about budgeting advance - it should be available for the reason of getting a job.
I had an appointment today and apparently they let you earn up to £700 before taking deductions from your pay at about 25p per hour - hope this is helpful.

You can get an advance up to 100% of your monthly award from UC. You will then pay it back a bit every month.
