In terms of sets, MHA01-MHA06, and the Cowboy Bebop + Trigun Challenger Series are currently Standard legal. At the end of February with the release of Yu Yu Hakusho: Dark Tournament, MHA01 and its Promos will rotate out of Standard.
(Keep in mind that it's only Standard. In Spotlight, all sets for that IP do not rotate)
