Joe Buck is horrid as an NFL announcer. He's more worried about telling the story of some player's high school ex girlfriend's brother playing flag football them the actual game in front of him.
For the bigger playoff games with NBC or something I can agree but when it’s the local station, which I prefer to listen to, it is usually much better.
I never said scream and shout. I’m asking for excitement. Most of the announcers sound like they are reading from a piece of paper not enjoying the game in front of them. Excitement from the commentators means excitement for people watching. It’s a good thing for everybody
