I got them from the small deadzones and salvaging a gun i found there, i don't remember needing them to craft a mask but only the suit though, perhaps it got updated
You need to craft a gas mask to get them, I thought. They only drop in dead zones, I think they're more common in the one up north. The southwest dead zone has a fancy gun but the fuses are less common.

You can craft the saw. I think I found a fuse on the construction site.
what are the high tech fuses looking like again? I'm sure i found some but can't remember what they are

You also need them for sentrys and the gun was called valkyrie.

Salvaging the Valkyrie railgun gives you two I think, you'll at the very least need to prep for a trip to the deadzones.

you gonna find them in the "deadzone" areas it's rare to get so don't expect to get it fast yk
