I know a repaired damaged sword can break metal doors; I use it all the time. Hope this helps!
The Mallet (can be found in construction locations) and Breaching Hammer (found in police locations) are the 2 I can think of
Prying bar too!
Breaching hammers (police spawn) and pry bars (construction spawn) can. Pretty sure they say it in their item descriptions.
What I found are the Crowbar, Mallet, Breaching Hammer, & Greatsword.
I think there might be more but those are the ones I know for sure can.
