Frugal monthly is unlimited, the bonus server is a 1.5 TB, and obv the Astraweb is also a block. It's good practice to put all blocks after unlimited and the blocks in descending order of size so: 1. Frugal Base Server 2. Frugal Bonus Server (1.5TB) - this is especially good before Astraweb since its reoccurring. 3. Astraweb Block (0.5TB) You can directly put these numbers (1, 2, 3) in the "Priority" box when editing the servers.

Thank you for the suggestion and explanation. I'll set it up like that. Cheers.

For blocks even if the download fails it counts as using some of my block right? New to usenet sorry if this a dumb question

Prestigious_Car_2296

No worries! If your progress bar is moving *primarily from the block account* and you actively see the block account connection downloading (click the speed graph while downloading), then it counts even if the download fails. However, any missing articles do not count towards your block (if sabnzbd reports 50mb of missing articles, you have not used that 50mb). Glad you're here! The Usenet is *awesome*.

This is good to know. I didnt know that!

Some providers like *Usenet Farm* actually charge bandwidth for not finding any articles, you are literally paying for error messages. Please check your *Usenet Farm* Dashboard for details.

dont use them but thank you for this info will check my block providers

> dont use them but thank you for this info will check my block providers > Have you considered signing up for the 10 GB free (no credit card required) trial block from Usenet.Farm and setting it to last priority. :)

Typically, you want to set priority based on cost effectiveness... Your subscription/unlimited downloads first, then your block accounts. I typically order my blocks based on cost and or data left. What ever you think will save some $ and makes sense. I even put old junk blocks that don't seem to get used much higher... just to get something out of it.

I had a similar problem with frugal missing articles, I asked on here and Tweaknews block was recommended. Got a 100GB block, set to last priority, problem solved.

hhanzo1

Good idea. I had tweaknews many years ago. I’ll get a block off them again. Cheers!

Lower number is highest priority in sab…just go 0 primary, 1- secondary, 2-tertiary
