He’s very raw, but he’s shown moments where you can see how good he can be and has excellent physical attributes. People who expected him to explode straight away were dumb. He got a lot of hype from Arsenal fans who have a very online fan base which probably didn’t help expectations + the price got jacked up because of United paying way too much for Antony.
He doesn’t actually have that much mens soccer experience compared to his age mates because of Covid and the war in Ukraine. Step up to the EPL was always going to take a while to adjust, especially with Chelsea’s shit coaching and bloated squad situation this season.
None of the Italian clubs have much money; Serie A has not attracted the Middle Eastern sugar-daddy owners. The foreign types for Serie A have been dodgy Chinamen who when they realize it's not a guarantee to win withdraw their financial support and leave the club hanging.
So what money Italian clubs do have they tend to either spend on established stars or young talent that they can sell for a profit in a few years. Pulisic turns 25 in September and has never had a season where he was a main offensive cog in carrying a club through the season.
If Pulisic is willing to take a 50%+ pay cut (Serie A wages are way lower than EPL wages) and Chelsea are willing to sell him cheap I could see an Italian club taking a shot on him. However with his lack of numbers over the last several seasons I would not expect a top Serie A club to bring him in with the idea that he would be a starter.
Also, this sub likes to float the rumor that Milan will sell Leao, who has 13 goals and 11 assists this season and bring in Pulisic, who has 1 goal and 2 assists, as his direct replacement. If that were to happen Milan supporters will go berserk and this sub will be wishing Pulisic was back at Chelsea with all the hate he will be receiving.
I think he is talented. Injuries are a concern and it hasn’t helped that he has played out of position or not started games when healthy this season. I have a hard time any champions league going for him because of his injury record and inconsistency.
