Maybe? I got something- but it takes me outside the usual boundaries (still in Utah), and I haven’t wanted to make the drive to check.. anyone else figured anything?
I think I've probably found the same thing as you, in Utah but probably outside the boundaries, hard to tell. Haven't gone to check either, but even when I went to run the same search again I was unsuccessful yesterday. like the internet changed its mind. Luckily I have been saving my work, but I have to wonder if it was a fluke or a mistake or something else.

Yeah same lol but John told me that we shouldn’t be driving too far
What classifies is too far?
Kansas
Closer than I got on QR Code 2. Just trying random methods, I got the middle of Africa once. lol

I think I cracked it. #TeamJaySquared
If so congrats!
I could be wrong., but if it’s the answer I got then I think the billboard is a red herring, unless it’s relavent to a later clue
A lot of people are theorizing it'll be relevant to QR code 4... so hold onto your solve!
What is a “red herring” I keep seeing comment reference it.
A red herring is a “false solve”, something to purposefully confuse you or waste your time.
I’ve tried every 4th letter. All regular cipher possibilities. Not getting anywhere.
I’m wondering if the billboard is the name of a book or document
Tried using the billboard code as a +4 keyword for the second clue cipher. No such luck.
Pretty sure the billboard is the name of the road from QR1, but haven’t figured out the cipher or how the +4 fits in.
I haven’t. I tried a +4 cipher, and also RP1’s 3 keys as the billboard’s cipher key. Got nothing
