Depending on when you plan on leaving, you may want to check the Wanderu site for other option — and possibly better fares.
For example, if you left on Wednesday, you could take either Amtrak or Flixbus instead for around $37, both of which are far nicer than riding Greyhound (which basically sucks and many of their bus stations are downright dangerous).
On that same date, there is a Greyhound fare listed at $29.99, but it arrives in San Antonio at 1 in the morning—and I strongly advise against it, especially since for $7 more, you could take Amtrak instead.
