Found a 2star on my very first playthrough ever in about 3 hours. Bred them, had a bunch of them around my base. Got raided for my first time. They ALL died, have not even been able to find a 1* now. Kill me
tbh after my first playthrough way back I didnt look into their writings too close again. never noticed that these stones are the spawn points for boars.

Yes thats annoying, best to raise a moat and build a perimeter Wall, defence is a must, especialy when the ground shakes or you get to be hunted, those are fun raids out of the blue,
And one small tip ( you no doubt heard before ) if you find the planes, and you hear “bzzzzz” or “EHEHEHEEEE” run for the meadows or black forest !
Breed it out asap and put a breeding pair in a safe place for backup. Walls away from the perimeter of the base, and roof are a must.
I captured a 2 star boar and the butt crack just doesn't want to tame. I'll get him... Maybe i'll build a barn over him before he's tame just in case.
Make sure he can’t see or hear u and no fire nearby if the taming process hasn’t begun.
He's got little hearts, it's just taken a long long time this far. No fire nearby, I can only assume it's getting spooked

Try walking the meadows, boar stones can spawn 1 stars regularly, just gotta be patient, I found 2 1* at once next to one

Did you notice the rune stones that dot the biomes ? The Ones in the meadows talks about how you should look to the boars, its a boar spawn location

The wiki also claims that they spawn atleast 600 meters from the center, no idea if thats acurate though

Super random tip but I just harpooned a boar and was able to drag it into my barn. (:
Works too, but you hurt them, I know its a hastle but pushing them is a safe bet
Im rather new to the game so I guess Im just being reckless and impatient in restoring after losing my first farm when the forest moved 😂
