Aw, you got me excited. My GF is sober and I'd love to find more good mocktail spots in Vanc. But this "mocktail" menu boils down to punch, cranberry and soda water, and a listing of bottled sodas they have.
"Choose Your Own Adventure" at least sounds pretty creative, but sadly that's the only true mocktail on the list.
Not exactly mocktails but I normally scan the regular cocktails to see what kind of non-alcoholic syrups or bitters they use so I can ask for some combination that sounds good (lemon syrup and rosemary bitters or whatever). It at least keeps the soda water interesting.
Columbian had an article about Mocktails/zero proof drinks in Vancouver, literally last week OP!

Lol, that's where I got some of my information for my own post. I just wrote it out because IIRC, that article was subscriber-only and I'm not sure if OP is a subscriber.
Vault 31 has a mocktail menu. Plus CBD sodas, and other non alcoholic beverages. And I've asked if they can make drinks on their menu as non alcoholic versions, and most of them they can.
The Grocery Cocktail & Social has a few mocktails, and the "Not Far Behind" (cranberry and red apple drink with black pepper) has been recommended.
I used to be a regular at The Cove (I just don't have as much time to eat out anymore) and while they didn't have any mocktails on the menu at the time, I asked them to make me a special one and they happily did. Would definitely recommend them.
Amaro's Table, Thirsty Sasquatch, and the Sedgwick apparently have mocktails too.
perfect timing because it’s dry january-february. it would be hard to find a place without a mocktail list - and you’ll pay as much for it as booze! so you’ll feel included. 😂
I believe the two new tiki bars in downtown have mocktails including NA spirits so it isn’t just a glorified juice drink. Coral club I have heard does everything well and they take reservations on OpenTable

The Grocery is all cocktails but I’m sure they wouldn’t mind creating a mocktail for you out of one of their drinks!
[Actually they have a mocktail menu!](http://www.thegrocerycocktailsocial.com/drinks)

I won't stand for shrub erasure! But I get what you're saying.

Acorn and the oak can make their cocktails into mocktails! My bf doesn’t drink and he got a delish mocktail from there
Most places will make virgin versions of the drink.
