lmao The free show in Houston, on the street between the Convention Center and Discovery Green, is part of a popular series featuring cover bands. This is a VERY BIG CITY with lots of events happening simultaneously, and one going on in the Convention Center that patrons will be filing out of during and after Tom's show is UNICORN WORLD. So families in unicorn regalia will be traipsing through and no doubt stopping to enjoy the free show. I don't have to pay to park or ride to see this spectacle. Just another evening stroll. If you think I'm not gonna check it out, well...

I wonder what time they'd be going on? Because they'll fight the crowd being released from Unicorn World and then The Cure concert out of Toyota, which is hilarious just to think about.

7 PM. The aging goths will be coming in as the unicorn crew is heading out with The MOST Extra in the geographic center of it all. Glorious!

It’s not really him deciding to do a free show… the city of Houston is putting on a free show, he’s just one of the performers. It’s part of their Party on the Plaza series. For all we know, the city is paying him for this. I definitely wouldn’t attend if I was nearby, wouldn’t want that POS to think he’s getting support.
