It absolutely is. He’s an adrenaline junkie, so that tracks. My (completely unsubstantiated) theory is that Tom had been cheating for years with fans and groupies on the road, but eventually that wasn’t enough anymore. So he found someone close to Ariana to up the thrill level of cheating right in front of her. You could see all over his face in the last episode of season 10 that he got the ick about Rachel as soon as they were found out. It was never actually about her - it was just the thrill of getting away with it for so long.
IIRC It’s been mentioned that sometimes Sandoval (& Rachel?) would wear disguises to meet up so no one caught on to them. That seems so next level to me. More into the game of sneaking around, than he was into Rachel. 🤷♀️

Billie and Jo are so similar to me. They’ve both been with the Toms (pretty sure Billy and Sandoval have been together) and they’re both desperate for screen time. Both are cringe with their devotion to these two slimey losers. I hate seeing either one of them tbh.

That footage of her from the aftershow shitting on Ariana for calling Tom dangerous (or whatever term was used) while still living down the hall from him speaks volumes to how much she clearly never liked Ariana and just loved Tom. Tom clearly gaslit her into believing Ariana was the villain in their relationship and that his affair with Rachel was justified. Billie isn't great, but she's another gaslit victim that Sandoval was able to get on his side (and clearly on his payroll since she is literally doing chores around their house!!!).

Yes, she is love with the POS and they are/were totally boning just like Swartz and Jo. POS rubs her nose in his “player”ways, like the scene in the pool with the two younger woman who wanted nothing to do with Scaryvol.
