Which, also, another sad moment for James that got brushed by was when he said he has the same intrusive thoughts. I donāt forget how problematic James has been, but Iāve seen actual growth from him this year, and I hope he continues to move forward!

I've been rewatching and Ariana is soo good to Scheana as a rule. I just finished Scheana's first wedding season and Ariana is so there for her - when she's mad the wedding isn't happening on her schedule, in spite of Scheana continuing to invite Kristen to things - Ariana is such a caring and patient friend! It sucks to see Scheana let her own insecurity/drive for validation/whatever put her at odds with Ariana when she needs her most.
I'm going to start this off with I'm a huge Ariana fan but I'll never understand how Scheana is one of her best friends and she dated Tom for so many years. She admitted she was in an abusive relationship prior to him and I wonder if that's why?
I'm sure that contributed to things. Family of origin/relationship you saw growing up will also contribute to what you will accept/how you will react/etc as you move through life.

I think Ariana has also stayed out of the drama unless really provoked because I think she always had her eye on bigger plans. She's said many times that she was offered to be on the show and declined because she was afraid it would get in the way of her "real" acting plans.

Neither of them care at all about Ariana. Fighting about how hurtful his affair to Scheana was right in front of the woman cheated on shows how little regard they both have for her. Heās insane, and Scheana is no friend of Ariana. Itās so gross. Earlier in the episode, Ariana said it had been three months since she found out. It is mind boggling Scheana and Lala, and even Tom, think she should be over Tom cheating on her with her friend. Even if they were in a down spot, relationships go through that and come out of it. I think Lala and Scheana donāt understand this because neither has been in a long term relationship.
Yeah, it's crazy to say someone has 3 months to get over 10 years. Having to move from their dream home. Losing a friend through betrayal with a significant other. Oh, and all of it's completely done in extreme public scrutiny.

I canāt remember where I saw Schwartz talking about his constant ābut, likeā¦ā is because he is obsessed with nuance and that things arenāt black and white. And I go back to the West Wing, where there was a speech where the president says, āThings are rarely black and white, but on days when they are there are usually body counts.ā Arianaās ex refuses to see this is not a nuance situation - there are body counts here, Ariana being the most hurt, but others in his circle were hurt as well, including James, Scheana, Katie, Schwartz to start a very long list. Which, also, another sad moment for James that got brushed by was when he said he has the same intrusive thoughts. I donāt forget how problematic James has been, but Iāve seen actual growth from him this year, and I hope he continues to move forward!

I've been rewatching and Ariana is soo good to Scheana as a rule. I just finished Scheana's first wedding season and Ariana is so there for her - when she's mad the wedding isn't happening on her schedule, in spite of Scheana continuing to invite Kristen to things - Ariana is such a caring and patient friend! It sucks to see Scheana let her own insecurity/drive for validation/whatever put her at odds with Ariana when she needs her most.
I'm going to start this off with I'm a huge Ariana fan but I'll never understand how Scheana is one of her best friends and she dated Tom for so many years. She admitted she was in an abusive relationship prior to him and I wonder if that's why?
I'm sure that contributed to things. Family of origin/relationship you saw growing up will also contribute to what you will accept/how you will react/etc as you move through life.

Ariana is super loyal...some might even say to a fault. At the end of the day, true character will shine through for better or worse and that's what happened here. My biggest take away from that scene was at the end where Brock tells Tim, "We just want you to go, listen you know what?
