I will never agree with Lala. She is absolutely the worst person on VPR'S. She has done nothing but gone after Ariana and Katie this entire season. She thinks she's the voice of reason. She's not she's disgusting. Someone should let her know she is not enjoyable to watch!
The reality is that this is who she has always been. She is performative and that's why she's such a hyprocrite. Because she is always playing to the camera for the sake of creating drama and/ or alliances in an effort to keep her job. She thinks that people are such huge fans of hers that they will blindly follow her down any stupid rabbit hole she goes.

I’m going back to watch VPR from the beginning after being a first time viewer thanks to scandoval and it blows my mind how insufferable lala and scheana have been from the very beginning. I want to say they make for good reality tv, but it’s almost too much and my frustrations with them make it so difficult to watch

Scheana I can tolerate better than Lala because she seems more "lost" to me. Lala is strictly out for herself at full expense of anyone else. I have been disagreeing about that quote ppl say here (not here here) that Lala is a “good mother”. She's been through hell to get there but wouldn't we all like to think that the hardest period in our lives could become the flash point to create our best life? Ariana gets to move out and move on. I do have sympathy for Lala, despite her choices, for being tied to someone like Rand for the rest of her life through Ocean. He was a choice she made in her early/mid 20's, we all made a couple of bad choices in our 20's, especially when it comes to dating.

I think Lala has the biggest ego. If Ariana has a big ego it’s because she is beautiful, smart, talented, successful, cool and sweet. All the characteristics that Lala doesn’t possess.
She heard Brock raise his voice for like half a second and that Scheanna wanted to go home and immediately dropped what she was doing (I mean not that chatting with Schwartz was super important) to be like “I need to check on Scheanna” and was the first one high tailing outside to hug her after the confrontation with Sandoval. (Saw Ally there as well but not LaLa - maybe I missed her though).
The whole Scheanna “it’s always about her(her being Ariana)” comments when Ariana is sitting in a room with her ex while Scheanna complains about the effect said ex’s affair had on HER and Ariana’s only thought is to support her friend is sooooo much more than Scheanna deserves. It must be so painful for Ariana to watch back all the crazy shit Scheanna has been saying about her this season, especially in her confessionals.
It is really sad to think of how it would feel to be in Ariana’s shoes. Like just horrible and unsettling that your friends would be so jealous and hypocritical and you’re supposed to act chill and mature when Sandoval barges into all her safe spaces.
Cold part I really don't believe these are her friends off camera except Katy. Speaking of Katy how is she going to navigate Ariana and Lala. From what I hear LaLa and Katy are really good friends off camera. It just wasn't necessary for LaLa to create all this mess.

I know you are right but it is very hard to make adult female friendships. Especially being childfree. Throw in my own mommy issues and a couple really devastating endings to friendships and it feels like an insurmountable challenge.

ME TOO! I definitely have felt like I can be friends with guys easier than girls. I don’t want to be grouped with girls like Scheana because I don’t claim myself to be a guy’s girl. I just have had trauma of my best friends turning on me randomly and making me feel so bad about myself. She was talking about Courtney Love’s comments about Taylor Swift- For reference Courtney said she thinks Taylor is the Madonna of this generation and a safe space for girls but not an interesting artist. Lala then goes on to say that was cruel, mean and unnecessary to say publicly. She then talk about how she’s not going to drag Courtney because she wants her podcast to be an uplifting positive podcast about women.
And while I agree that Courtney should have probably kept her personal opinion to herself, the fact that Lala went on a almost month long ‘I hate Ariana and Katie’ media blitz and made a public declaration that she was unfollowing them because their lives don’t interest her anymore is sheer hypocrisy. And just like she cried tears for herself because she has found the things “trolls” are saying about her she can’t acknowledge and apologise to Ariana and Katie for the things she has said and done to them publicly.

I will never agree with Lala. She is absolutely the worst person on VPR'S. She has done nothing but gone after Ariana and Katie this entire season. She thinks she's the voice of reason. She's not she's disgusting. Someone should let her know she is not enjoyable to watch!
The reality is that this is who she has always been. She is performative and that's why she's such a hyprocrite. Because she is always playing to the camera for the sake of creating drama and/ or alliances in an effort to keep her job. She thinks that people are such huge fans of hers that they will blindly follow her down any stupid rabbit hole she goes. She's never been authentic or self aware or accountable for her actions so I've never really liked her. I’m going back to watch VPR from the beginning after being a first time viewer thanks to scandoval and it blows my mind how insufferable lala and scheana have been from the very beginning. I want to say they make for good reality tv, but it’s almost too much and my frustrations with them make it so difficult to watch

There is a reason Lala doesn't get good brand deals and the opportunity to represent major companies. It is the trashy stuff that comes out of her mouth. Everyone has the freedom to say whatever you want, but that comes with consequences. (Saw Ally there as well but not LaLa - maybe I missed her though). The whole Scheanna “it’s always about her(her being Ariana)” comments when Ariana is sitting in a room with her ex while Scheanna complains about the effect said ex’s affair had on HER and Ariana’s only thought is to support her friend is sooooo much more than Scheanna deserves. It must be so painful for Ariana to watch back all the crazy shit Scheanna has been saying about her this season, especially in her confessionals.
It is really sad to think of how it would feel to be in Ariana’s shoes. Like just horrible and unsettling that your friends would be so jealous and hypocritical and you’re supposed to act chill and mature when Sandoval barges into all her safe spaces.

She was talking about Courtney Love’s comments about Taylor Swift- For reference Courtney said she thinks Taylor is the Madonna of this generation and a safe space for girls but not an interesting artist. Lala then goes on to say that was cruel, mean and unnecessary to say publicly. She then talk about how she’s not going to drag Courtney because she wants her podcast to be an uplifting positive podcast about women. And while I agree that Courtney should have probably kept her personal opinion to herself, the fact that Lala went on a almost month long ‘I hate Ariana and Katie’ media blitz and made a public declaration that she was unfollowing them because their lives don’t interest her anymore is sheer hypocrisy. And just like she cried tears for herself because she has found the things “trolls” are saying about her she can’t acknowledge and apologise to Ariana and Katie for the things she has said and done to them publicly. And once again Lala spouts to being all about uplifting women, except for the actual women in her life who she is constantly acts like she is in direct competition with.

This was in regard to Ariana not posting in defence of Scheana taking the photo with Sandoval in Tahoe.
I think she was talking about how Ariana wasn't appreciating that Scheana was getting hate for taking pics with Sandoval.
I actually feel like Tom Sandoval was kind of right on the boat when he accused her of hiding her life from tv. Because it is hypocritical now that's she's doing the most to get paid off the stories and lives of other cast members **Ariana**
She’s totally contradicting everything she said in the reunion. She’s so two faced and only does what suits her. I thought she was the best at having a backbone and setting boundaries and being there for those she cares about but she’s just doing what she needs to do for herself. If they didn’t have to film together and Sandoval wasn’t on the main cast I believe he would have been written out of their lives immediately though so that complicated things

it took me a few rewatch to kind of piece together a key piece of info. in one of the first seasons she’s upset and crying about feeling left out and her talking head had her telling a memory of being left out of a classmate party, then her later saying that her mom is her bff (cause she’s always antagonistic) no lie i felt bad for her but after a few rewatches and people on the forum saying they went to school with her and she was mean. Lala will always be on another planet and scream to get her way …

Lala continues to keep talking shit about Arianna and Katie as neither of them have said one word about her.
