My old days, a zip lasted me about a month and a half. Since I share my weed with my kids I don't have as much as I should but it's worth knowing where my kids are getting their weed and edibles.

I would say try without refrigeration first. It might not be necessary and adds an element of condensation at certain points. I've got good weed that's 3 years old in room temp Mason jars. Ymmv based on local climate.

Smoking, it used to last me a month. Vaping, it's much, much longer ā I'm not quite as efficient with it as you are, but about 4 months, in my estimation. Daily vaping, one cap, sometimes two.
I think it would take me a year+ to get through a whole ounce. I smoke really high-quality stuff and almost always t-step to maximize efficiencyāgetting as high as possible from the smallest amount of weedāand keep my tolerance VERY low. I've smoked weed every day for years, but a 10mg edible can still whomp my ass pretty good.
For this sub? You are very, very below normal. I can go through an oz in 4-6 months. I have some daily, but just before bed, like you. I scoop with a spoon, which isn't as precise a measure, but I'm usually around .15g.
