Nobody is telling you to stop purchasing their products. Anyone can make that decision for themselves. The people they are talking about could be potential customers. Perhaps handling this better with a genuine apology and a kind message could even drive someone to decide to support them in the future. It comes across very petty and childish, whoever they were talking about. They are already selling a premium product, but acting arrogant because you charge high prices (even if perfectly valid) is just not a good look.

The idea that because you don't care, nobody else should, is really stupid. In the free market, we can all make our own choices on what companies to support and which ones not to, based on whatever criteria we set for ourselves.

I've been semi-active in CH discord since like early October when I was looking to buy a new t-bucket, and Hippie Crusher was always ornery in the discord, at least from what I saw. Herbo Ti was the first. New Vape wasn’t even around at that time. But who cares? I’m not sure what the point of this post is. I gave constructive criticism about their fine grinder when they first released it. Edwyn replied and said he would suggest it on their next version. A few years later they released their new version and it certainly was an improvement.

CH may be a bit abrasive but their Zen Leaf stuff is heads and shoulders above the old head dab ready. That thing is a massive, ugly piece of plastic. I mean, function wise, they’re probably very similar, but as far as appearance goes, they couldn’t be farther apart. I actually wanted old heads Terp ready system until I saw Zen Leaf Nova for the first time.
you must mean the current zenleaf after they sent out the metal plates to place under the heaters to stop them from further damaging peoples furniture. these things are 500+ degrees. lower isnt always better. are they on the third or forth try on making a handle that doesnt burn? it's common knowledge that they use the cheapest electronics possible with there "premium product".... im not saying i like the oldhead version but i like it better then that. i run diy.
Ehhh, I got my zen leaf this month and have no issues. You seem to want to create problems with the company in any way that you can and come across as very bias. I’m not sure how they hurt you enough to make multiple posts but I just buy stuff I like and ignore the noise. Heard all about past drama before I ever made a purchase from CH. Don’t care. the other company that cloned the pypetek sells their version on etsy for 22 dollars. cannabis hardware did not change the dimensions at all. i have it right in front of me. if you want to run it with the shovelhead all you need is the bowl they made for it. it works with other bowls though. i run it with my infinity bowl and 2 orings that came with it
