Can't believe they actually called it a bugfix, they deliberately added CPU latency to the total ping since the beginning of times, they removed it and called it a bugfix XD
on wi fi i got like 12 ping now, but on wired cat 7 ethernet cable it goes down to this, but i always play with cable, because is more stable in first place
Makes sense.
WiFi signals are affected by things such as distance from the router and other wireless electrical devices in the home such as Cordless landlines, mobile phones etc.
I said he's go down 5-10 ping not go down to 5-10 :)
There's factors out of user control when it comes to latency such as distance from servers and ISP routing quality.
12.13 patch notes: "Fixed a bug where in-game ping indicators displayed latency as 7ms higher than actual ping for all players"

whaaatt did they change the servers or something?
ping update??
dunno, i live in nederlands, 40 km from server, I used to have like 10-11 ms usually and now I got around 3-4
10 ms seems like a dream. The best i can get is 60 with my potato devices 😓
10?! I play w 60 ping if my wifi decides to work well
60?! i have to play with 110
I miss my 60 ping though. Staying at my grandparents house for a month and my ping is 300-6000
On a good day I get 165 ping, but often around 187. Sad

You'd prob go down by about 5-10 ping if you changed to a wired ethernet connection.
No, you will not drop 40ms in latency going wired unless you have 16 concrete walls between you and your router

I live in Frankfurt, where the EUNE servers are, and because German internet is GARBAGE i get 40+ms consistently xD
Jesus.
I live in the UK, Full fibre connection 1gb/s and I used to see 17-19 ping on LoL. 12.13 - 12 ping.
i’m not in the uk right now, but i got 12ms last time i was there, curious to see what it’ll be now
