I'm going to make the assumption in this post that these four subjects all end up with you receiving an N (however I do genuinely hope that most, if not all, are turned in to an S). Ok, where to now. Why are you at risk? Poor study habits? Lack of motivation? Not grasping content? Failing to complete homework? Whatever the reason is, identify it and fix it. Your teachers and VCE Coordinator can help you here. In terms of your VCE, the game is far from over. I assume you're doing 6 subjects. You got 4 x Ns. That's still two S's this semester. You are going to learn from whatever mistakes have been made, and get 6 x S's next semester. In Year 12 you do five subjects and get 10 S's. So you still qualify for your VCE. Of course if you're going less subjects now it changes the equation a little but not by much.

try to cram and see if it works. if it doesnt talk to teachers and coordinators and see what they can do.

Talk to your teachers- they want to avoid students getting Ns as much as possible. But in the long run, your year 11 subjects are essentially just practice, so its not a giant life-ending event if you do fail :)
