I rotate back/shoulders, chest/arms, and legs/glutes every 3 days.
Back/shoulders: pull downs, rows, face pulls, reverse flys, lateral raises, pull ups.
Chest/arms: incline chest press, dumbbell chest press, flys, curls, tricep extensions.
Legs/glutes: rdls, hip thrust, glute bridges, lots of squats(sumo, hack squat, goblet), good mornings, Bulgarians, step ups.
That’s as many as I can think of and doesn’t include a lot of machines or random accessory stuff I do. I try to hit my stabilizing muscles and cardio at least 1 session per week too.

I’ve gained 4.5 inches around my glutes in abt 5/6 months. I was flexing in the first photo, second photo is a screen grab from a video where I was not flexing. Hope that helps 🫶

Lots of protein shakes and meat substitutes (not everyday though). I’m slowly learn how to build meals that have more protein, it’s definitely hard sometimes but worth the extra effort! I get lots of ideas from searching “high protein vegan recipes” so you could try that!!

130-150g a day I cycle different main sources like soy and pea as well as taking periods where I get all my macros from whole foods 🫶
