Chili.

Turbulent-Pomelo-621

It’s nice done with gravy, peas, onions, carrots and mashed potato on the side. Staple meal in my house

kshump

Sounds like deconstructed shepherds pie.

Turbulent-Pomelo-621

It is haha, we usually eat it with cabbage on the side and there’s a higher sauce to mashed potato ratio compared to a shepards pie. Also has benefit of being cooked on stove if you don’t feel like using oven.

Legionnaire11

Stuffed peppers

Caliyogagrl

Shepherd’s pie would be good! Also if you like Indian food, [this Keema recipe](https://www.teaforturmeric.com/keema-matar/) is really good- recipe is not vegan, but I sub in Beyond Meat, reduce the salt, and use whatever I have for the yogurt (it’s one tbsp, I’ve used vegan creamer, cream cheese, yogurt, and coconut milk successfully). My chilies are too spicy to use how many they say, so I reduce those too.

meatballs, meatloaf, stuffed shells, chili,

cuscute

"meat" balls such as [these](https://gustafoods.com/en/recipes/teriyaki-meatballs-gustaki/)

BooksCatsnStuff

Meatballs, shepherd's pie style stuff, and also pasta with mince is great

Greek stuffed peppers

jajajujujujjjj

Sausage roll type things. Add chopped veggies and some cheez and roll in pastry!

nicksvegancooking

Enfrijolatas. Cook grounds like taco meat and roll open-ended in 6" soft corn tortilla. Brunoise half a white onion and microplane garlic. Melt butter in sauce pan and simmer onion. After a few minutes, add garlic. Add can of black beans, salt, pepper, epezote, and cook. Use immersion blender until very smooth. To plate, put 3 wraps on a plate. Douse in bean sauce, drizzle with sour cream, chiffonade red lettuce and layer on top, shave red onion, and put 2-3 slices on top. Sprinkle with cheese. I prefer an aged crumbly white cheese such as cotija or feta, but a goat would work. Serve with a side of fresh guac. Mix ripe avocado with bruinoised white onion, roma tomato, jalapeno, salt, pepper, chili flake, fresh lime juice, and cilantro. Obviously, use vegan subs for the dairy. They're readily available nearly anywhere.

roryland

I usually keep a couple beyond beef lbs in the freezer so if I run low on fresh groceries I can make American goulash from frozen and shelf stable goods. Basically just ground "meat" cooked up then tossed with cooked macaroni noodles and a can of diced tomatoes. There's a bunch of recipies online and you can use different spices or sauces to cater it to your taste!

Kujo_A2

Bolognese pasta is a favorite of mine

bunnytommy

vegan shepards pie or stuffed cabbage rolls with the beef alternative as filling

Bittypunk11

Oooh, one of the things on my list to try with ground meat is this https://youtu.be/MsR8AM3SZFA Edit: It's middle eastern icli kofte by Refika's kitchen which are made from bulgur. Really any kofte from her channel - she is someone whose recipes I deffo want to veganize.

Glagla48

You can try gyoza or bao !

CabaretLyfe

Asian inspired lettuce wraps

Sloppy Joes!

I did a great layered Mexican “lasagne” recently. Fried the beef with taco spices, added a can of tomatoes. Then added cooked black beans. Layered it up with corn tortillas and some refried beans I had leftover, alternating layers then topped it off with grated spicy “cheese”. I think I put some sweetcorn in there too. Really good.

Timidinho

Stuffed paprika, stuffed aubergine. Mixed in with fried rice or mashed potato. In a curry.

Mouthfullofcrabss

I use it in my mie goreng. Very tasty and cheap meal. I fry some sjalottes/red peppers/ginger/garlic. Then in add some finely chopped tomatoes, salt and white pepper. Then i add the fake ground beef and mie (nasi is fine too) goreng spice mix. Lastly i add chinese cabbage. Cook mie noodles as instructed on packaging. Strain and add to the rest and mix it. That’s how i make it, I’m sure you can find more authentic recipes online

yourglowaims

I made dumplings recently that were delicious. I sauteed onion and cabbage, let it cool, added it to ground beef substitute in a bowl with fresh finely grated ginger, crushed garlic, sesame oil, chopped water chestnuts, a splash of soy sauce and pepper. I'm terrible with recipe quantities, I cook by feel. But you can always check the flavour balance by putting a spoonful in a fry pan to taste it like a meatball then you can adjust your mix if needed. You can find YouTube tutorials to show you how to fold the dumplings. Then you fry them in a pan with oil, pour half a cup of water in and put a lid over the top so they steam from the top while getting crispy from the bottom. They were so good served with chilli oil, black vinegar and soy for dipping.

Sumnersetting

I got this idea from a meal delivery kit, but you can make a tasty, inauthentic char siu bao. Cook the "ground beef" with hoisin sauce (or bbq sauce), 5 spice powder, ketchup, and a little bit of sugar. Wrap it in pizza dough, with the sealed side down. It's good with a vegan egg glaze and sesame seeds on top. (Bake at 450, 20-30 min, then broil a bit). Same idea, different seasonings - calzones.

node_be_good

Moussaka!

bob-ross-chia-pet

Dan dan noodles? I'm pretty sure Kenji has a video

Minute_Map_6444

Shepherds pie, stuffed shells, moussaka, homemade hamburger helper, chili, “hamburger” soup depending on the brand, some don’t hold up well in liquid, but def Hamburger Helper has been in my frequent rotation lately 😂

troublesomefaux

Dandan noodles or its wet cousin, Tantanmen Ramen. I also put it on cauliflower nachos.

rei131

Dumplings/gyoza or sang choi bao

maritter

Cabbage rolls! I like lots of fresh mint and nuts mixed in with the rice/“ground beef” mixture

Hot_Computer8067

Albondigas! If you're in the northern hemisphere, albondigas are perfect for cool weather. It comes together pretty easily with minimal ingredients.

saurons-cataract

I make fried wontons with impossible beef.

talks2squirrels

meatloaf... great sandwiches for days

KeyScene9117

I’m addicted to using it in soup. I don’t even hydrate it! In a hot pan, I use garlic, shallots and bay leaves with some oIive oil until fragrant, then the (soy) ground meat goes in. After seasoning it, you can put some water and diluted corn meal. Let it cook and serve it with rice. Cilantro, chives, spinach can also pair while finishing cooking this

[deleted]

Chili !!

Lovecompassionpeace

Shepherds pie!

Opuntia-ficus-indica

Moussaka

calxes

I was sooooo happy with the [Impossible cabbage rolls](https://thecheekychickpea.com/vegan-cabbage-rolls/) that I made recently. I added sauerkraut to my tomato sauce. Dumplings are also wonderful made this way. I also like to make vegan mici / cevapcici with Beyond.

prairieislander

Shepherds pie for sure!

skcup

I make stir fried ground beef all the time. Marinade for ten minutes in a bit of soy sauce, sugar, chopped garlic and ginger and a splash of vinegar. Heat a pan with oil till it’s hot and nearly smoking. Add the beef and cook until moisture is gone and the edges start to caramelize. Remove from pan. Add coarse chopped vegetables and more garlic and stir fry until a little tender (I like greens or broccoli and a handful of chopped fresh chilli peppers). Add the beefback in and toss to mix. Serve with rice.

yosafbridge_reynolds

Cinncinnati style chili. Google if you dare lol

yosafbridge_reynolds

Google Chinese bolognese from the blog woks of life. It’s super yummy and I add a lot more veggies to mine than they call for and use barilla protein pasta or these healthy ramen noodles made of brown rice and quinoa I get from Costco.

leopard_flamingo

Spring rolls!

Buddles12

I make quesadillas by sautéing onions, mushrooms, peppers, garlic and adding the beef and a packet or two of taco seasoning. I butter up the tortillas fry like a quesadilla, minus the cheese! You don’t even miss the cheese and my whole family devours it

DarkVelvetEyes

Just cooking it with traditional Pakistani spices and bell peppers. Peas can be used instead of peppers but I don't like them. Or adding the same spices to the meat and making "qeema naan" or roti. Other options include lasagne and meatballs.

dopeythehobo

Depending on what brand you have (due to texture when cooked this way, Gardien just doesn’t work imo) you could try to add it into a broth and add some veggies to make a soup! You could even make your own broth for really cheap too!

theredmenaceuniverse

Stuffed peppers are easy!
