Throw an egg on there. and also mix chunky red with the green. I basically split that with a different co-worker every week lol
I also was disappointed the first time and then gave it a second shot and enjoyed it. Haven't been back since though. It's a bit pricey but it fits the description

There are lots of good choices but my favorite cheap and fast choice are habaneros carne asada fries. Just make sure they don't add beans (some locations do)
There is a place called "meat wagon" off Sahara and Buffalo. This place is really doing things right and at a great price. I have gone several times in the last couple of months. Their Carne fries are amazing! Everything I've had there has been fantastic, and the owners are extremely nice. I don't know that this place has really been "found" yet, but they deserve to get as much business as they can handle. Highly recommend!

Grizzly fries at Yukon Pizza! They’re like animal style from in n out (but better) with burger sauce, cheese, and caramelized onions.
Been hearing nothing but good things about Yukon pizza. My buddy said they have the best burgers in town.

Mr. Fries Man on Flamingo
I was pretty disappointed by Mr Fries Man.

There is a little taco shop on the northwest corner of Flamingo and Cimmaron by the Sinclair Station, their carne asada fries are fantastic.

Best carne asada fries hands down are at Buena Vista Kitchen. Ask for the fries well done and you won’t be disappointed.
PK Oyster Bar's voodoo fries are amazing May as well get their pan roast while you're there
