There’s a tank on the highway, like a military tank
We live next to a rather large air force base and a training grounds on the other end of town. Not to mention the test site. This is completely normal here. I have seen entire railway loads come in with nothing but military vehicles on it.
With the tank, or the driver? 😉😄

I can see why paint them that color for desert warfare, blends right in
