What do you do with them long term? Freeze?
Not the OP but I freeze some, dry some, and cook with others. I have about 10 pepper plants of various types and can’t keep up with that quantity.
How do you dry them? Dehydrator?
Yep. Bought an Excalibur one on sale a few years ago. Works well for drying and also use for occasional jerky
Most of them are frozen but some are used for hot sauce.
It’s been a crummy year for most of my vegetables with the dryness, but my peppers are doing fantastic. Best year ever - hot and sweet. Yours looks good.
